Curse you Leena! You and your tricks!
March 17th, 2009 at 1:01 am
The sheer range of Moe’s emotions is quite stunning.
In other news, this totally isn’t the fist time Moe has killed, so I wasn’t too badly shaken.
Poor Toothabootha, all she wanted was a family…

Very nice comic! its like a whole week of comics in a single day. Lovely.
March 17th, 2009 at 1:04 am
Oh the horror! That someone would spend upwards of $350 for headphones! Leena truly is psychotic.
So who is going to do the interrogation this time?
March 17th, 2009 at 1:25 am
Whoa, I love this long comic idea every now and again, allows me to scroll slowly, so I don’t ruin the end for myself ^^
And whoa, crazy plot.
March 17th, 2009 at 2:07 am
That’s . . . awful. ._. I mean, dude.
March 17th, 2009 at 2:07 am
EPIC, i was waiting for something really f*cked up to happen, expanding it into a longer strip for a change made it that much more awesome.
March 17th, 2009 at 3:07 am
I’m so sad. I was beginning to like that character. I could barely even enjoy that great ending joke.
March 17th, 2009 at 3:09 am
Wow, worst date ever
March 17th, 2009 at 3:59 am
Oh Lawd. Possibly THE best Se7en reference I’ve seen in ages. I love that film.
March 17th, 2009 at 4:14 am
Oh wow, this was pure gold. ‘Nuff said.
March 17th, 2009 at 4:55 am
wow. so Moe fixed the shakles, shot the shakles open, untied Mr. Cement Bag Head, took Dr. Leena, went upstairs and let her recover, and all that between two strips.
March 17th, 2009 at 7:24 am
Awesome ending
March 17th, 2009 at 7:25 am
Wait, maybe not ending. Awesome… PLOT TWIST
March 17th, 2009 at 8:56 am
One down, three to go.
March 17th, 2009 at 9:22 am
wait… how did Leena knew Bo and how did the UPS guy know Moe’s here?
March 17th, 2009 at 10:35 am
She bought him a pair of Bose Headphones? Or what? But seriously, as a wise guy above me said, “WORST DATE EVER” Man, All Moe wanted to do was to get laid, and instead he laid his girlfriend down for a dirt nap.
Also, I think Mr. Cement Bag Head man, is the only character in the history of ever to have a cement bag for a head.
March 17th, 2009 at 10:45 am
Waaaait a second. I don’t know if I’m reading too much into this, but first off, did a package for Moe get delivered to Dr. Leena’s house? A little strange… Secondly, how did the Dentist know about Moe’s family? I guess it could have happened in between comics, but Moe only saw her twice: once at the office, the other at her house. And then wierd cement bag man? The Se7en reference? Are these all hints towards the fact that HAS MOE LOST HIS MARBLES?
March 17th, 2009 at 11:01 am
I think you guys are expecting more continuity than is typical for Moe!
1. The shackles thing never happened, because it would have been silly to chain up a man in ropes in order to rescue him. That was the joke!
2. Dr. Leena in all likelihood treated Bo the same day Moe had an appointment.
3. Dr. Leena arranged to have that box delivered for Moe during their first date, which is probably less obvious if you’ve never watched Se7en (you should, it’s a fantastic film). But it’s safe to conclude that she was batshit insane and wanted to goad him and make him think his brother was in jeopardy. Maybe her plan was to then relax an agitated Moe with a really sweet gift because money is the best way to communicate true love. Oh and murder as well.
Overall though I just wanted to exit the story arc; it was reaching the upper limit.
March 17th, 2009 at 11:21 am
I absolutely loved this; Leena’s expressions (especially in panel 6) were fantastic.
March 17th, 2009 at 12:50 pm
@ Firman: that was a joke either.
But what did she wanted to do with this expensive hi-tech-gimmick?
Put it on Moe’s head and play speedcore till his ears are bleeding?
March 17th, 2009 at 12:55 pm
I like to think that despite her murderous insanity she developed genuine affection for Moe. It makes this outcome more twisted.
March 17th, 2009 at 12:59 pm
I love how in the last panel the headphones teleport to cement-bag-head’s … head.
March 17th, 2009 at 2:09 pm
Genius. The best part is the last panel with the headphones.
March 17th, 2009 at 2:58 pm
Why must the murderous die young?
March 17th, 2009 at 4:36 pm
Well, let’s hope for a better outcome with Fay.
March 17th, 2009 at 11:32 pm
I’m still hoping this entire thing is just a sick dream and that he actually just fell asleep on the table or something.
March 18th, 2009 at 6:36 pm
HAHAH
March 18th, 2009 at 7:49 pm
Firman if you were a woman I would marry you, but being that you’re a man how do feel about civil unions?
May 19th, 2009 at 7:23 pm
I’m sorry, but the “BLAM” and “BLAM BLAM” panels are pure, unfiltered, bottled, homogenized, perfection. From concentrate. Please recycle.
December 25th, 2009 at 1:34 am
did we ever figure out what happened with that phonecall?
May 3rd, 2010 at 10:21 pm
The phone call was a phony call, you see.
